Ganderkesee, August 1st, 2025 – ATLAS GmbH is starting the 2025 training year with ten new apprentices. Eight young men and two young women are beginning their vocational training in the professions of industrial clerk, metal technology specialist, and industrial mechanic. Seven of the new apprentices will be trained at the Ganderkesee site, while three will join the Delmenhorst site.
“It is not easy for many companies today to fill their training positions. All the more reason we are pleased to have inspired ten motivated young people to join ATLAS – a clear sign that our company is seen as an attractive training provider,” says Lennart Rohde, Head of HR & Legal at ATLAS GmbH.
Training at ATLAS is synonymous with high quality and typically does not end with the final exam: many former apprentices continue working at the company for years, shaping the workforce with their knowledge and experience.
With the start of the new apprentices, ATLAS is once again underlining its commitment to nurturing young talent and securing its future skilled workforce. “We look forward to accompanying our new colleagues on their journey and shaping the future of ATLAS together,” adds Merle Bartels, HR Officer at ATLAS GmbH.
